Gather with Purpose

The dinner will be styled as a Jeffersonian dinner (Chatham House Rules) which aims to stimulate discourse and deep conversation. Each dinner guest receives a topic for discussion before the event, and shares a personal experience with others at their table in a moderated environment while enjoying a delicious meal. Each table will have a  moderator who ensures that attendees are treated with respect and allowed to speak without interruption, so this environment allows for especially meaningful interactions.

This is an opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries to come together and engage in respectful, constructive dialogue on important topics. Previously, this event has proven to deepen and strengthen value based relationship networks, to birth new ideas, and to change organization strategy. 

If you care about any of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), this is the place for you to share your thoughts and experience with like minded people. During the dinner, you will have the opportunity to share and learn from others about how we have in the past and can in the future come together to solve some of our communities’ largest problems. We believe that by fostering collaboration and understanding, we can make progress towards achieving the UN SDGs.

Net Impact Edmonton has found strategic alignment with the UNSDG 17 - Partnership for the goals and the evening's discussion topic will focus on partnerships to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
